PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all the major credit cards, bank transfer and electronic payment.
BOOKING TERMS
To make a reservation, we request the deposit of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card, with the remaining amount payable in cash or credit card on the day, before departure.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- Due to weather conditions: Choppy, rainy or foggy. We'll refund the deposit.
- Due to technical problems: For example, a boat engine failure. We will look for an alternative with the same or better conditions, depending on availability. In case the change is not possible, we'll make a full refund.
- Due to the client's decision: Loss of deposit.
